Supervisor Sustainability Compliance

• Responsible for preserving the asset and providing a quality customer experience which includes property appearance (Exterior & Interior) Project management technical analysis and/or resolutions of Engineering problems incharge and monitor preventative maintenance of the entire property.
  
• Supervise and perform the daytoday operations supervision of associates distribution of work to maintenance team managing service requests in multiple areas in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure that Health and Safety standards are being followed and implemented.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• Preferably minimum of 3 years as in a Supervisory role in a related field/industry
  
• Must have related experience in Sustainability and Compliance or as a Safety Officer
