Superintendent

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing specific aspects of construction projects managing subcontractors implementing safety protocols ensuring quality control and coordinating with the project team. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of the clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and project scheduling
• Experience in managing subcontractors and other construction professionals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field is preferred but not necessary
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
