Job Description
Qualifications:
Overview
The SuccessFactors Technical Application Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and support for Eastmans Human Resources business function.
This position is responsible for module implementation administration and support as well as project analysis design estimation and documentation (such as business requirements governance etc.) for all modules in the SuccessFactors platform. This may involve but is not limited to the analysis design and estimation of medium to largescale projects product support and coordination with other team members. This position involves moderate coordination with other departments business partners and outside vendors in addition to acting as the implementer.
Responsibilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of relational database structures models and diagrams.
- Ability to interpret and/or write system documentation and programming specifications
- Capable of relating business issues to the IT staff to achieve the necessary resolution of issues
- Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
- Proficiency with the SuccessFactors applications and related integrations
- EC / EC Payroll experience a plus
- Beneficial knowledge of SAP
- Ability to debug ABAP queries of simple to medium complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable leading / presenting live and remotely facilitated training; communicate succinctly and able to coach or mentor others
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills selfstarter and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
Flexible with possibility of working in shifts & long hours including weekends/holidays occasional overtime may be required.
