Overview:
We are looking for a person experienced in Early Childhood Education adept at designing digital and offline instructional tools comfortable with oncamera presentations and fluent in Hindi and Marathi with excellent communication skills and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of Curriculum and Content for your subject area (ideation shooting video footage coordinating with media editors) along with other experienced Subject Matter Experts.
- Test and build expertise on digital instructional tools that are parentfacing and/or Anganwadi worker/teacherfacing.
- Plan and conduct trainings for different Target Groups
- Support and organize the Learning Management System and scheduling platform
- Develop assessment tools and conduct user research to understand user preferences
- Support other internal and crossteam initiatives
Critical Factors for Success
- Background/ Interest in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in education either as a teacher or on teachertraining programs.
- Have a strong understanding of how children learn and develop.
- Have a strong belief in the power of parents and teachers in the growth of the child.
- Interest in developing expertise in the design and development of digital and offline instructional tools.
- Be comfortable presenting in front of the camera.
- Willingness to travel frequently to record video footage for creating content
- Be able to adapt to the demands of a young fastgrowing organization.
- Be comfortable working with technology.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be a fluent Hindi and Marathi speaker.
