Requirements :

Extensive work experience in LatAm as a head team lead or other middle management role. Not a Clevel (skills that we teach are more down to the earth and more about people management not strategy and business)

Worked in IT companies.

Preferably worked in several different companies not the 15 years in the same company case.

Has experience in mentorship consulting or other form of sharing professional knowledge (conferences articles courses etc)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish level C1)

Strong attention to detail

Time commitment: 810 hours per week for approximately 6 weeks.
