Mission
leading the operational excellence of our new Miami indoor cycling studio ensuring seamless daytoday management leading the team of trainers and crafting an inspiring class calendar. Our Studio Manager cultivates a vibrant community empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals with passion and precision.
Job Functions
- Class Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule of indoor cycling classes ensuring a diverse range of offerings to meet the needs of clients.
- DaytoDay Management: Oversee the daily operations of the studio including opening and closing procedures equipment maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit train and supervise studio staff including cycling instructors and front desk personnel to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to studio policies.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
- Financial Management: Monitor studio finances including revenue expenses and budget adherence to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with the local fitness community including hosting events collaborations and outreach initiatives.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with marketing team to promote studio offerings drive class attendance and increase membership sales through various channels such as social media email campaigns and local partnerships.

- Academic Background: Business management Fitness Sports
- Languages: english and spanish
- Specific Hard Skills: Studio management experience ability to build a strong community business management and latinamerican market knowledge
