As the Studio Manager you will be the one to ensure that our new Canary Wharf Millharbour studio will be wellcoordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching your team. The ideal candidate must be competent have fitness leadership as well as sales experience and be able to plan/execute a multitude of operational/sales activities.
As the lead for the sales function the Studio Manager must create and execute a lead generation/marketing strategy plan to grow fitness membership sales as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The Studio Manager is not only a mentor but an Ambassador of our brand and a proven leader.
The candidate must be an excellent leader who can motivate staff/members and provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Ultimately the Studio Managers main responsibility is to grow the business and therefore takes the lead on all membership sales from lead all the way to membership conversion. Your financial and professional success will be dictated on whether or not the business performs financially.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Studio Growth Retention:
Lead initial and ongoing sales initiatives (presale events studio events community outreach) ensuring membership acquisition and retention.
Create annual marketing plan for social media digital/print marketing and community events.
Manage all incoming leads to generate the highest conversion rate possible
Meet or exceed required performance metrics (KPIs).
Operations
Manage the daily operations of the studio.
Manage studio operating expense and payroll budgets within targets.
Manage/coordinate vendors/suppliers.
Maintain topnotch cleanliness appearance and organization of the studio.
Maintain serviceability of training equipment.
Coaching world class sessions (12 hours per week minimum).
Community:
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service by leading from the front and setting high standards for what you expect from your team.
Execute community calendar promotions and events.
Develop all F45 Challenge plans and execute all agreed plans.
Brand Recognition:
Ensure compliance and adherence to F45 business policies and standards.
Assist with special projects events and promotions as needed.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance with company standards.
Team Leadership:
Recruit hire train manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff.
Track and ensure accuracy of all mandatory education certifications/training for all trainers.
Train and manage all staff in accordance with the F45 policies and methods.
Develop a high energy culture through purpose driven and incentive based motivation.
Plan and coordinate shift schedule and ensure the smooth running of a fully staffed daily class schedule.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for team based on Studio performance.
Qualifications:
Level 3 PT Qualifications
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
2 years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry
3 years of management experience including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring training supporting disciplining and terminating
Comfort working with budgets payroll revenue and forecasting
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance HR procurement operations etc).
