Who were looking for
We are looking for a Success Manager for our Business Intelligence Analytics and Data Science programs. This person will be capable of providing support for the learning process of our students. We expect that youre a vibrant and enthusiastic community builder who will interact with our online students and staff and get them excited about new learning experiences.
Success Managers (SMs) play a vital role as the biggest cheerleaders for our students. They ensure a pleasant and enjoyable study environment by maintaining frequent communication and checking on students wellbeing and study progress. From the moment students join us to their graduation SMs accompany them throughout their academic journey and become their voice.

What you will do::
Communication:
- Track and analyze each student s progress using our dashboards and analytical tools check on students emotional state
- Hold interviews with students: feedback sessions about the program and interviews before a student takes a break or leaves the program
- Build and develop the community of students on Discord
Events:
- Organize and hold events onboarding graduation informal events live meetings with tutors and other speakers
Dashboards:
- Update information about academic breaks and expulsions;
- Calculate statistics about students progress create and help test hypotheses about improving the learning process;
Interaction with the team:
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights on the learning process. Since our SMs are the ones communicating with students they know best what problems students face how they feel about the program etc.;
- Send students feedback to the team members updates from team members to the students.

- $1.3k compensation on a monthly basis.
- Fulltime remote cooperation (12 pm 4 pm AND 8 pm 12 am CET).

Requirements :
- Ability to collaborate 12 pm 4 pm AND 8 pm 12 am CET.
- You re fluent in English our students are Americans and many of our team members are natives so it s necessary to speak fluently.
- You re a fast learner we conduct a lot of experiments and often change our processes it s okay not to know something but it s necessary to learn and adapt fast.
- You re careful with numbers and analytics (Excel Notion Miro) a success manager calculates some statistics and collects certain data manually. It requires patience and attention to numbers.
- You love helping and caring about people our success managers are always there to help our students check up on their motivation and ask for their feedback.
