Job Description:

Must be a highly safetyoriented individual. Minimum of 3 years experience in shop fabrication and welding structural.Extensive knowledge of welding with GMAW. FCAW is pulse to the thermal processes in the manufacturing of various types of structure. Ability to pass a weld. Qualification for each process. Ability to read and understand drawings prints. Ability to weld within the parameters of a WPS/PQR. Ability to be a selfmotivated and highly productive employee who requires minimal supervision and who can efficiently execute a plan to make jobs happen on time within the estimated hours given. Ability to be a team player who can work well with others to achieve company goals. Ability to recognize and rectify substandard welds to ensure product quality. Ability to be punctual and dependent with a willingness to work hours outside of a standard schedule when required to achieve a task or complete a project Must be willing to step outside of welding role when a company need arises and perform basic tasks such as assembly grinding sanding and shop clean up.
