• We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Senior Structural Engineering Manager with 8 years of experience preferably including some consulting engineering background.
• This seniorlevel position calls for a fine balance between technical expertise and refined leadership attributes to manage our varying project requirements and lead our design team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steering and managing our Structural Engineering Department and complex engineering projects.
• Leading efficient design teams of 5 to 10 members.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget by proficiently managing company resources.
• Maintaining close collaborations with architects civil engineers and other engineering disciplines to secure project success.
• Ensuring adherence to design safety regulations quality standards and client requirements.
• Business development and fostering client relationships for new business ventures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8 years of structural engineering experience with a PE required.
• Experience in consulting engineering will be viewed favorably.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of leading teams of 5 to 10 members.
• Excellent attention to detail creativity and analytical skills.
• A communicative and investigative nature.
• A good understanding of construction processes materials and legal regulations.
• A physical capability to conduct construction site visits and client facility inspections.
