- Conducting an interactive workshop, including brainstorming and constructive dialogue with members of the Performing Arts Network, to determine the priorities and the most important goals that they seek to achieve within the next 5 years within the strategic plan, with a review of the previous strategic plan.
- Submit a draft of the strategic plan, including the desired objectives, activities, partners, target groups, and indicators, in addition to an implementation plan in line with the components of the strategic plan for a period of 5 years.
- Holding a meeting to evaluate and share the draft initial strategic plan with the Palestinian Performing Arts Network’s board of directors, its staff, and its member institutions;For feedback and notes.
- Create a final copy of the strategic plan and its implementation plan, taking notes into account, and submit it to the Palestinian Performing Arts Network on the date specified in the action plan.
