Acquiring new Channel partners & driving business from financial institutions and similar organizations which have focus on third party product fee income.


Responsibilities

Scouting for NBFC Fintech B2C companies through which we can sell our plans/
products in bundled form or through crossselling options.
Channel Partner relationship scouting on boarding and nurturing.
Achieving sales and Business quality (persistence business loss etc) targets for assigned
partners/geography.
Implementation of overall business strategies to suit the channel dynamics for the
channel partners culminating into annual numbers.
Enabling smooth flow of information on agreed business parameters through the
assigned network.
Ensure smooth onboarding and implementing mutually agreed business plans
Build and maintain appropriate processes and facilitate enhanced sales effectiveness
Effective sales capabilities and strategic implementation of overall business strategies to
suit the local channel dynamics for each of the channel partner culminating into annual
numbers
Responsible for achieving sales and Business quality (persistency business loss etc)
targets for assigned.
Enabling smooth information flow on agreed business parameters with channel partner
Working on opportunities in conventional financial institutions which are currently
selling insurance products but also including peer to peer payment and small finance
banks.
Channel Partner relationship.
Execute all strategic initiatives for the channel and for any other channel that may
acquire customers through similar products
Work with Marketing Products Legal and Operations teams to ensure smooth
implementation of sales/ acquisition plans
Experience:
At least 5 to 7 years of experience as regional head of Sales/ Partnerships for Affinity
business preferably in healthcare life and health insurance/products.
Graduate and/or MBA with demonstrated client acquisition retention and ability to drive
sales through channel sales team
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills ability to interact at Csuite levels
