- Data Storytelling:
- Drive the storytelling process by weaving insights from data visualizations into coherent narratives that support decisionmaking processes.
- Craft compelling narratives based on industry best practices and Telecom guidelines.
- Be a confident presenter capable of effective communication to executives.
- Actionable Insights:
- Leverage data to drive actionable insights and solutions for the business.
- Data Extraction and Analysis
- Utilize advanced SQL querying techniques to extract clean and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Design and create visually appealing and informative dashboards graphs and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Communication and Functional Domain experience :
- Understand Telecom business functions around Order Management based on past experience.
- Present complex findings and insights to diverse stakeholders including senior leadership in a clear concise and compelling manner.
