Receiving and checking all materials and orders received and matching them with purchase orders;Determine and report potential discrepancies with requisitions and purchase orders- Verify inventory records and ensure their accuracy.
- Follow up on all requests, conduct regular inventories and prepare the necessary reports.
- Making daily and periodic reports on the movements of the store.
- Organizing goods in the warehouse ensuring that all materials are in the right place where they are stored according to the required standards and marked with barcode stickers accordingly.
- Sending materials and orders to customers and checking whether they match the required quantities and specifications as per the purchase order.
