The IKONO experience focuses on replicating the emotion of traveling through different worlds cultures and times while remaining in the city to unleash ones creativity stimulate the senses and create unforgettable memories.

First launched in Madrid then in Rome Barcelona and Budapest we are opening in Vienna now!!

YOUR MISSION:

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for implementing IKONO strategy into the daily operations of the IKONO immersive gallery in Vienna following the IKONO Brand and Operations guidelines with a focus on:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintaining IKONO gallery to the highest quality standards.
  • Maximizing number of visitors keeping customer experience.
  • Motivating and aligning the team for the objectives above.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Experience Excellence (10/10)

  • Ensure outstanding Visitors interaction through the implementation of training programs communication initiatives and follow up ensure that team members consistently deliver an exceptional level of interaction with Visitors.
  • Promote a high number of google reviews analyze and implement measures to maintain high ratings.

Highest quality standards for your IKONO immersive gallery

  • Implement the IKONO maintenance guidelines to guarantee that museum is impeccably maintained and meets the standards.
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.

Team management motivation and alignment

  • Hire and train your team. You will have the support of our fantastic openings team!
  • Implement company performance reviews incentives and training programs promote professional development and highperformance culture.
  • Foster motivation and alignment in the Team cascade down the organizational culture to your team members.
  • Organize staff schedules.

Budget and P&L ownership

  • Take ownership of budget and Profit and Loss (P&L)
  • Maintain financial responsibility for all gallery expenses.

Daily operations and maintenance

  • Manage reservations and logistic of visitors entering the immersive gallery.
  • Create and maintain a weekly report of operations and sales in the IKONO location.
  • Inventory of products in shop.
  • Ensure policies standards and procedures are communicated and implemented.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proved experience in business (management human resources).
  • 4 years experience in location where excellent customer service is in the core of the business (retail hospitality restauration entertainment industries).
  • 3 years experience managing a team of min 12 people hiring training and developing the team.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must (min C1).
