Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer enjoys a personalized and delightful shopping experience fostering a strong connection between the brand and our valued clients.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase our luxurious products and create an inviting store atmosphere.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage stock levels ensuring optimal inventory turnover while minimizing shrinkage.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the store operates efficiently and complies with company policies and procedures including health and safety standards.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the local community promoting the Rituals brand and participating in relevant events.

The ideal candidate
  • At least 3 years of relevant Store Manager experience within retail or hospitality
  • Storng people management skills (e.g. communication motivation coaching connection inspiration)
  • experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop other
  • decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Knowledge in KPIs and proven record of reaching targets
