Key Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Control:
Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
2. Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to assess inventory performance and trends.
Generate reports on key inventory metrics such as stock levels.
Implement datadriven strategies to optimize inventory efficiency.
4. Process Improvement:
Implement best practices to streamline inventoryrelated workflows.
Evaluate and recommend inventory management software or tools.
5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including procurement sales and finance.
Provide training and support to team members involved in inventoryrelated tasks.
Foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
6. Risk Management:
Implement measures to mitigate inventoryrelated risks such as stock outs or overstock.
Monitor market trends and external factors that may impact inventory availability.
Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
Preferred Skills :
- Proven experience in inventory management or related role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business logistics or a relevant field (preferred).
