Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and achieve financial targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Merchandising: Oversee merchandising initiatives to create an engaging and visually appealing store environment.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and address their needs to enhance their shopping experience.
- Be aware of competitor activity
- Day to day management of daily operations
- Ensure all implementations of stores policies and procedures
