Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Store Assistant with a primary focus on billing and customer handling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Store Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store premises.
Arrange merchandise displays and assist in maintaining an appealing shopping environment.

Customer Handling:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Provide product information recommendations and assistance to customers as needed.

Billing and Cash Handling:
Accurately process sales transactions using pointofsale (POS) systems.
Handle cash credit card and other forms of payment securely and efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of all transactions.
Resolve any discrepancies in billing and ensure correct pricing.
