Were seeking an experienced skilled Steel Erection Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications drawings and other documents to identify project requirements.
• Utilize industry knowledge to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for steel erection projects; including takeoffs crew size selection and application based on work type and union rules equipment selection productivity rates etc
• Proficiently use Excel and Bluebeam for precise quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Contribute to the improvement of estimating structure to modernize estimating production and output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (10 years) as an Estimator in the steel erection field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints with an understanding of scope of work to bid.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
