Statewide Transportation Demand Management TDM Plan Support

TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT (TDM) PLAN SUPPORT

TDOT seeks to engage a Consulting firm with experience in implementing a statewide Transportation Demand Management (TDM) plan. This includes working in close partnership to:

Develop a TDM Plan update that highlights current best practices forecasts future transportation demands and provides solutions to Tennessees evolving transportation needs.

Please refer to Section 7 of the SOW for detailed instructions on how to complete your proposal submission. The Respondent must address all items and provide in sequence the information and documentation as required (referenced with the associated item references). Please ensure that both technical responses and cost proposals are submitted without error or omission of any requested response.

Response Requirements

Responses must include:

• A written response that details the Contractors understanding of the requirements
• The Contractors approach and methodology to compete the required tasks
• A summary of the project team who will be involved along with their relevant experience and expertise
  • This section must include staff assignments their area of expertise as it relates to this SOW their proposed resumes by role for all staff and staffs allocation to the project including fulltime halftime asneeded etc. The proposed staff must meet the core functional responsibilities for the job function and title. TDOT will evaluate all resumes to determine if the proposed staff is qualified to complete the project before selecting a Contractor. TDOT reserves the right to interview any or all proposed staff. TDOT reserves the right to evaluate review the resumes interview and determine the qualifications of any proposed replacement staff should staff on the team change from the original proposal. TDOT reserves the right to reject any resume based on failure to substantiate any asserted qualification.
