Staff Software System Designer

• Collaborate with business, functional partners and technology leadership
  
• Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
  
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
  
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of

• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
  
• Provide technical leadership to the development scrum teams and evangelize the systems mindset
  
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies
  
• Mentoring / Coaching junior team members
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science
  
• Consistent professional experience in software development
  
• Experience with containerization (kubernetes), micro-services and cloud (Amazon)
  
• System level thinking, system decomposition experience
  

• Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience in the medical industry
  
• Quality Management System tools
