Elephant in the Boardroom a Melbournebased Digital Agency is actively looking for Staff Software Engineer into join our team. We are seeking a talented and experienced Developer with a strong skill set in Next.js PHP Drupal Word Press and React to join our team. As a Manager Level Developer you will be responsible for leading a team of developers coordinating projects and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality web development solutions.
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Location: Chennai (OnSite Only)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are only preferred
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of developers providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure project success.
2. Develop and maintain web applications using Drupal Word press Nodejs Nextjs React PHP MySQL Symfony framework Docker CI/CD testing automation.
3. Collaborate with team members and with international project manager to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
4. Conduct code reviews provide feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
5. Stay uptodate with the latest web development trends technologies and frameworks.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise ensuring timely resolution.
7. Participate in project planning estimation and prioritization activities.
8. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.
Qualifications
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with International clients and team members
2. Previous leadership or managerial experience.
3. Strong understanding of web development concepts.
4. Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
5. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
