Primary Responsibility: He / She will be responsible for blood sample collection in the visa medical center. She/he
will also act as the staff nurse and manage the administrative as well as clinical duties involved in the center.
Other Role specifics:
Will serve as 1st point of contact for VISA applicants will also be involved in registration & billing of
applicants. Data Entry of medical records.
Collection of blood samples (Phlebotomy) & administer vaccines in certain cases.
Check vital signs monitor blood pressure temperature and pulse of VISA applicants.
Check and verify the records to ensure validity of supporting documents and identity of the customer and
record relevant information in the internal system/software
General nursing care
Manage VIS applicants with care
Metrics & Organization Management:
Performance Metrics:
o Turn Around Time
o Patient Care & Assessment
o Medication Management
o Infection Control Management
o Legal & Ethical framework Management
o Medical Records Management
OM & Reporting:
o Direct Reporting to the Clinic IN charge and/or Nursing Head (in case of a Jr. Nurse)
Qualifications Experience and Education Requirements
BSC Nursing or GNM with minimum 1 year of experience in nursing.
Registered with the local regulatory body in the country.
Comfortable in using computer systems.
Mandatory Skills
Administrative skills.
Selfmotivated and keen to update his/her scientific base according to the latest publications in the field
of interest.
Accurate honest has high level of humanity and presentable.
Selfhygienic courteous and meticulous
