Job Description:
We are seeking a numberssavvy Staff Accountant to join our team! ! In this role you will be responsible for maintaining financial records preparing reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and enjoy working with numbers apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly overview for CEO and COO the outlines of the department(s) performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking processes.
- Preparing and filing tax returns ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Book Keep.
- Insert data and journal entries.
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
- Manage Quick Books.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide a weekly work summary of completed tasks.
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $18.00 $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Math Analytics Finances or similar background
- Plan implement and assist in scheduling deadline dates.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel Word Power Point and other Office Suites.
- Must be extremely attentive to details.
- Handle conflict resolution between as necessary.
- Strong communication analytical influencing and problem resolution techniques.
- Highly organized self starter.
Ability to Relocate: Loma Linda CA 92354: Relocate before starting work (Required)
