A hospitality organization is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant. Looking for someone who can take over AP/AR invoices processing journal entries and monthend close. The ideal candidate can be onsite fulltime and has experience owning AP/AR processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bank reconciliation
- Recording transactions collecting taxes closing books
- Job costing
- Tracking costs and revenue labor hours materials overhead etc.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as an accountant
- Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
Basic working knowledge of MS programs including Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and social skills Ability to work well with others in a team environment
