Learning & Dev Initiatives: Responsible for imparting various behavioral functional Managerial and Leadership trainings for the workforce and for supporting training objectives and skill enrichment initiatives in order to raise the competencies and skill level of the employees. Identify training needs develop training content and ensure effective implementation in conjunction with various external partners and also work with SCM team to identify Service Providers with the right capability to deliver online training content for technical trainings.
LMS management: User administration on LMS Course management on LMS Attendance management for offline trainings
Reporting & Governance: Ensure timely reporting of L&D metrics through MIS dashboards Power BI reports etc. to the stakeholders Prepare L&D review decks for Management Monthly reporting for Board updates Internnal Fraud control measures and other audit and compliance specific report outs for L&D metrics
