Job Title Sr Workday HRIS Analyst

Assignment type 13 week contract

Location 100% remote

Shift 8 am 5 pm 5 days. NO weekend work and day shift with flexibility

Please see managers note: This position will assist in the implementation of the Workday Learning module. We are seeking someone with experience with the Workday Learning Management System. Prior experience with Workday is a requirement and healthcare experience is a plus.

This person will fill the role as our lead conversion specialist with a focus on migrating content and learning history from our Cornerstone system to Workday learning. Key skills include Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Microsoft Excel Quality Assurance experience and Workday HCM and Workday Learning.
Workday cert is not required but must have experience implementing Workday Learning.
Minimum experience: At least two projects implementing and supporting Workday Learning.


Job details:
HR System Readiness and Testing (20%)
Creates complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitors/oversees the testing of business applications to verify that all requirements are incorporated into the system design. Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify production readiness.
Processing (20%)
Liaises with payroll and other HR Departments to research and resolve employee concerns
Data Analysis and Reporting (20%)
Design and generate standard and adhoc reports to support management in the areas of workforce analytics as well as required compliance reporting.
Strategy and Planning (20%)
Assist in developing the HR technology strategy and vision to automate processes and simplify complex data. Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy. Delivers best HRIS practices to improve organizational effectiveness and performance. (20%)
Staff Oversight (20%)
Coordinate and oversee the work of junior analysts

Education:
Bachelors Degree Required
Bachelors degree in industrial and organizational psychology Preferred

Work Experience:

46 years related experience Required
Experience with HR Analytics Data visualization and workday reporting tools is preferred (Including Workday Peakon)
Experience in translating complex information in an easy visually effective format that is audienceappropriate
Workday report/dashboard design and development experience highly preferred
