The requirement is with a travel client.

Position Overview: As the Sales Head for Corporate Travel you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts across India driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the corporate sector. Leveraging your expertise in sales strategy relationship management and industry knowledge you will play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives and establishing the company as the preferred partner for corporate travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets.
Identify key growth opportunities within the corporate travel sector and devise effective strategies to capitalize on them.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of industry changes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence and foster a culture of achievement.
Set clear sales objectives provide ongoing training and development and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and recognize top performers.
Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for senior management highlighting achievements challenges and actionable insights.
Utilize datadriven analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients including key decisionmakers and influencers.
Identify client needs understand their business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries escalations and strategic discussions ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development and Expansion:
Drive business development initiatives to expand our client portfolio and market presence across India.
Explore partnership opportunities negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service offerings and value proposition.
Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to promote the company and establish thought leadership within the corporate travel sector.
Work closely with the branding & communication department to enhance companies portfolio in social media and other platforms
Collaboration with Branding & Communication Department:
Work closely with the branding and communication department to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies and enhance the companys visibility and reputation across various channels.
Provide input and insights on target audience preferences market trends and competitor activities to support the development of compelling marketing content and campaigns.
Leverage social media platforms including LinkedIn Twitter and Facebook to promote companyls corporate travel solutions engage with prospects and clients and drive lead generation.
Monitor social media channels for relevant discussions trends and opportunities to participate in industry conversations and position company as a thought leader in corporate travel.
Coordinate with the marketing team to track the effectiveness of social media efforts analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy to maximize reach and impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in corporate travel sales with at least 15years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry including trends challenges and competitive landscape.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Proficiency in Self booking tools & CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
