Objective

The Senior Vice President (SVP) PSC Operations role is a key leadership position tasked with overseeing the full spectrum of operational activities within the Patient Service Center (PSC). This includes the initiation ongoing management and supervision of designated PSC teams. The SVP will provide strategic direction across various programs ensuring adherence to performance metrics and client commitments while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and operational protocols. Acting as the primary liaison for client interactions the SVP will primarily delegate tasks and provide guidance through Department Program and Account Directors to ensure optimal internal team performance. Additionally the SVP of Client Services will be accountable for continually assessing program effectiveness and client relationships offering strategic insights to enhance future operational success. This position reports directly to the President of RareMed Solutions.

Duties

  • Supervise the overall management of PSC operations including Client Services NonCommercial Pharmacy Technology Implementation and Business Operations.
  • Manage organizational finances and establish metrics to guarantee service quality and timely execution of contracted services.
  • Provide direction for a range of client service programs overseeing team leadership to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular collaborative meetings with clients to communicate program status referrals exceptions and escalations.
  • Oversee the development of training materials standard operating procedures and guidelines for operational use.
  • Foster discussions among program leaders to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and patient care.
  • Support teams in implementing client directives related to program strategies design business rules and technology.
  • Review and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders regarding program compliance patient care status operational successes and improvement opportunities.
  • Supervise NonCommercial Pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Implementation team responsible for coordinating new initiatives programs products and services within the PSC portfolio.
  • Ensure consistency across programs regarding performance expectations and management of operational exceptions.
  • Act as a strategic leader providing direction and influence across complex organizations while upholding RareMed values.
  • Promote organizational culture and clientfocused values fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Advanced degree in healthcare or management.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare management.
  • Experience in clientfacing account or program management.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a fastpaced environment.
