Idea Usher is looking for a Sr. UX/UI Designer. Come join our fastgrowing team and work with a wide range of industries and products.
What will your typical day look like
Design strategy and vision. Ensure that our project solutions are successful and executed at high quality by UX/UI Designers.
Design feedback (team mentorship). Guide UX/UI Designers through their projects by conducting regular collaboration and feedback sessions to improve the quality of their work. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer you have to mentor Jr. UX/UI Designers and Design Interns helping them grow their skills and achieve their goals.
Clientfacing leadership. You will join clientfacing meetings to help gather information and define design strategies.
Design projects. As a Sr UX/UI Designer you will also working projects where you have to create wireframes design and prototype userinterfaces
Were looking for someone who has:
- A dynamic career history rooted in design and worked on projects in the field ofERP and SaaS
- A portfolio of projects or case studies describing your best work .
- Demonstrations of past projects explorations and design treatments that communicate the goals processes and outcomes of your work
- Experience balancing multiple projects with variable requirements and team compositions
- Proficiency with Figma Adobe XD and other design and prototyping tools
- Basics of Photoshop Illustrator
Nice to Have
- Experience working with the public sector large enterprises and startups
- Experience with contemporary interaction design tools
- Experience in a design leadership role
- A passion for content creation such as illustration copywriting photography
- public speaking or any other special skills that flex your creative muscles
