About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with the UI/UX, game design, and development teams, as well as stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to delve into the dynamic and rapidly expanding fields of gaming industry and social media products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a senior UX designer, the role involves planning the project's milestones and executing deliverables in committed timeframes.
- Experience in collaborating with the team and communicating with different department teams too to understand and contribute to the requirement.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, user feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
- Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new products.
- Knowledge about social media and gaming from the perspective of UX will be a plus.
- Perform UX analysis and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the user experience on a regular basis.
- Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3+ Years of experience in the Design stream.
- You must have a portfolio with a range of industry projects to showcase your work.
- An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites.
- Proficiency with UX software and UX research to be conducted.
- Knowledge of Analytics tools and usage of analytic data.
- Ability to work in hyper growth and quick deliverable environment.
- Strong Communication skills with outstanding presentation and Visual skills.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Passion for all things UX design and other areas of design and innovation.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer UX (HCI), Design, or a related field of study is nice to have.
