Role Objective
Sr. Siebel Technology Lead Providing Siebel MDM(UCM) and OEDQ solution designing expertise and leadership to the team working on development and deployment of UCM programs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct discussions and interactions with client side Business PMs Architects Technical leads Development teams ensuring all the parties are aligned and working towards the same goal.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops with the Business and IT Stakeholders for solution designs.
- Work with other Technology leads in the team to ensure the different solutions and projects are not in conflict with each other.
- Provide inputs to high level and low level technical design for the solution based on the business/functional requirements. Identify and address technical dependencies.
- Active participation in design and architecture reviews of projects and enhancement changes
- Responsible for producing estimates and inputs to requirements for future projects and enhancements. Must ensure this is with input from the team and that all estimates are achievable and realistic.
- Ensure continuous improvement and preemptive maintenance around the environment
- Strong focus on continuous improvement where a combination of expert team resources and the right infrastructure implementation represents lower operational cost and risk to the organisation
- Ensure activities and deliverables conform to the agreed standards success criteria and deadlines for the project or work stream
- Own and prepare business proposals & roadmaps for the internal and external customers.

- Working knowledge of Agile framework.
- Ability to adapt to upgrade implementation methodology and any client specific methodologies.

- Has a basic understanding of the customers business.
- Proactively tries to understand customers needs and displays commitment towards meeting them.
Facilitation
- Strong skills to facilitate and conduct workshops.
