Job Description

Proficient in ITOM Discovery ITAM HAM SAM.
10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in large enterprise environments.
3 years of experience as a Technical Architect for large enterprises.
Ability to lead and conduct requirementgathering workshops.
Experience in providing tool comparisons and guiding product roadmap decisions.
Strong understanding of cloud scripting languages particularly JavaScript and JSON.
Advanced ability to script automated processes.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
Handson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Proficiency in portal scripting using AngularJS.
Experience in CSSbased UX/UI design and development.
Understanding of both clientside and serverside scripting including Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions and Script Includes.
Familiarity with Client and Server APIs such as GlideDialogWindow GlideForm GlideAggregate and GlideRecord.
Handson experience in various ServiceNow modules including ITSM Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management Asset Management CMDB Event Management Orchestration Active Directory integration B2B Integration and Virtual Agent.
Strong time management organizational crisis management and problemsolving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer engagement.
Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and teach others.
Certification in ServiceNow Administration ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in various tracks) and/or ServiceNow Service Portal Certification is a plus.
