As our biotech client continues to expand their Antibody Engineering group we are seeking an outstanding Antibody Engineer with library construction expertise.

Sr Scientist High Throughput Antibody Selection

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and construct phage display libraries using advanced molecular biology techniques.
2. Contribute to candidate therapeutic antibodies selection optimization and engineering.
3. Design and execute projects including affinity maturation therapeutic candidate humanization and multispecific antibodies development.
4. Collaborate with team members to guide project development.
5. Provide technical expertise to design experiments and ensure deliverables.
6. Analyze and present data and recommend project advancements.

Essential Qualifications:

• PhD and expertise in antibody/protein engineering.
• Stellar publication record in top journals including Nature Immunology etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office GraphPad Prism and advanced statistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Early discovery experience including phage display affinity maturation antibody humanization and antibody optimization.
• Experience with high throughput antibody selection affinity maturation libraries or phage libraries and running campaigns.
• Automation and robotics is a plus.

Additional Points:

This is a full time position and the title can be Scientist or Senior Scientist.
