Sr SAP Project Manager

The Sr. SAP Project Manager Lead is responsible for leading SAP projects across all. This position involves providing strategy planning guidance and oversight of technical SAP implementations.

Job Duties

Accountable for defining planning orchestrating and delivering one or more given strategic initiatives including business operational and information technology deliverables
Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit
Directs largescale complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners
Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project
Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time cost and quality parameters
Validates financial forecasts cost assumptions and provides ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
Defines and tracks Hybrid development milestones while developing maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
Communicates project status across delivery teams stakeholders and executive leadership

Job Requirements

10 years experience managing SAP Application Development projects
Boundry system interfacing experience
Excellent communication (oral and written)
Experience managing both Waterfall and Hybrid projects
Experience with MS Project
Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders and navigate the organization effectively
Mobilize and motivate teams set direction and approach resolve conflict
Able to make tough decisions and deliver tough messages with grace
Able to execute with limited information and ambiguity
Able to uncover risks and issues able to see linkages and dependencies across projects
Sound business and technical acumen
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
Dynamic capable of juggling several critical priorities at once

Demonstrated applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects
