Outbound Lead Generation :
Researching target prospects and creating and maintaining a detailed database regionwise.
Generating leads via multiple phone techniques LinkedIn Chats then nurturing following up and sending company collaterals until a concrete lead is generated.
Engaging with prospects to understand their Ecommerce digitization or upgrade needs and positioning Magneto IT effectively.
Sales Qualifications :
Fixing appointments for a quick call with the prospect and then conducting thorough sales qualification calls with leads. Understanding their
requirements and building trust with them while aligning them with Magneto ITs offerings.
Collaborate with the Regional Account Sales Managers and fix detailed diagnostic meetings of the prospect with them to take the deal forward to closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager for a deep diagnostic meeting with the lead.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on Negotiation and Lead Conversion.
Pipeline Management :
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress through the sales cycle
Sales Reporting :
Provide Sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports to the management.
Actively participate and contribute in sales review sessions with company management.
Ensure that the CRM is fully updated

Requirements

  • Should have experience of selling software on a phone for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Must be familiar with outbound lead generation
  • Must be familiar with running detailed sales qualification calls with senior executives of customer companies outside of India
  • Must be familiar with the Negotiation Process
  • Should have experience of working in the MENA region
