This scope of work is for consulting services to coordinate plan document perform and track enterprise Information Technology (IT) project initiatives support the security modernization effort within the department advise and support the Information Technology (Department) with their Strategic Planning process and the development of an executive reporting system.

5 years of experience in

Running a Project Management Office at a State Agency/Office Level
Establishing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) best practices on Incident and Service Fulfillment Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Configuration Management Service Reporting Service Level Management Capacity Management and Availability & Continuity Management.
Design and implementation of multiple executive reporting systems.
Developing and leading the strategic planning process both at an organization and operations level including strategic risk management based on the ISO 31000 standard.
Auditing business processes against an established standard such as Malcomb Baldrige. Including the establishment of an audit plan identification of gaps and the creation of a findings document.
ITIL Expert certification
Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.

Develop track and update project plans and documents for the Project Management Office in the Departments Office of Information Technology as directed by the Department.
Create implementation documentation according to work plans daily as specified by the Department. Prepare update and track issues activities and risk logs for the Departments OIT initiatives. To be completed weekly as specified by the Department.
Incorporate OITs Strategic Initiatives into the Departments Strategic Plan and update goals and measures as directed by the Department.
Develop and update Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis as directed by the Department.
