We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare claims to play a pivotal role within our client’s Product Development team. This position involves gathering and prioritizing product features organizing sprints and ensuring timely release schedules. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying user needs managing product development for healthcare claims and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet project milestones.

Day to Day
- Develop and manage the product roadmap prioritizing the product backlog accordingly
- Create user stories define acceptance criteria and establish sprint goals
- Oversee the progress of sprints plan for releases and coordinate product upgrades
- Engage in continuous refinement of our agile processes based on team output and client feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into product development
- Proven expertise in healthcare claims processes including knowledge of 837 claims processing and industry standard X12 file formats.
- Minimum of two years in a Product Manager role with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on healthcare revenue cycle management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills teamoriented mindset and superb organizational abilities.
- Technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required.
