Our client company is seeking an experienced engineer to lead and support other engineers developing designs for textile assembly production equipment.

You must be willing to:
Create documentation of prototype/production equipment design criteria & engineering justification that supports design decisions/component selections
Troubleshoot prototype and production assembly equipment
Utilize design/simulation tools (CAD, FEA, CFD, etc.), rapid prototyping, data logging/analysis in developing creative solutions to provide engineering justification/design validation
Develop fabrication drawings/complete BOMs for ordering prototype/production assembly equipment

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (MS Preferred)
5+ years of 3D CAD modeling experience (SOLIDWORKS preferred)
5+ years of experience in industrial automation
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes/machining/fabrication techniques
Experience supporting project planning/budgeting/task delegation
