Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Growing Manufacturing Co in the Sparta TN area has a need for a Sr Manufacturing Engineer. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our production line. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and utilize your technical expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Identify and resolve production issues ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
• Design and optimize production layouts equipment and tooling to maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement new product launches
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and processrelated issues
• Evaluate and select suppliers ensuring the highest quality standards are met
• Participate in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles
• Provide technical support and guidance to production operators and maintenance teams
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and apply them to enhance our manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining assembly and welding
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results
