Sr Manager Production

Production planning for products and systems whilst meeting quality standards and cost targets.
Achievement of maximum efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement in production.
Establish implement and improve company manufacturing standards through Procedures Work instructions SOPs Process sheets Control cards check lists testing requirements etc in line with global standards & ISO 9001 requirements.
Oversees all assigned or major parts of production sequences and across shifts in the production unit.
Plans prioritizes and manages related resources and measures.
Regularly monitor manufacturing process review and check effectiveness of the methods followed and devise improvements
Contributes to production planning processes and determines manufacturing priorities based on established monthly / weekly production schedules.
Planmonitor & achieve the key KPIs like delivery reliability inventory level & lead time.
Develops and implements Technology Roadmap for the Plant.
Develops and facilitates implementation of Lean conversion road map to enhance operational efficiency..
Conducts various Kaizen events and follows up on actions to improve the Factory Operations.
Builds technical capability in manufacturing.
Promotes safety through active participation and support of company policies and procedures in addition to initiating corrective action for recognised unsafe conditions or hazards.
Embrace and implement Business excellence tools and corporate values in all aspects of this role
Championing product improvement events including VA / VE initiatives
