- Responsible for Entire Operation from LS Pile preparation to Cement storage at Cement silo.
- Monitor daily production And Power reports & take corrective/proactive measures
- Responsible for RCA FFA and implementation preventive action.
- Reporting of any kind of Unsafe Act / Condition and take necessary actions for elimination of Hazards.
- Identify the Risk and take necessary correction action for eliminate the risk
- Strict Monitoring and controlling on Safe Practices followed by Self & coworkers
- Able to Manage guide supervise and develop competencies of the on roll and off roll teams of engineers / supervisors / contractual working under him.
- Responsible for Departmental Budget planning Shutdown planning Spare planning etc.
- Lead the overall plant operations as per company policies & guidelines
- Analyze the planned v/s the actual targets and drive the activities to achieve the business & functional target
- Responsible for Environment Health & Safety activities& fulfillment of statuary compliances in the plant and Ensure compliance of Corporate safety management system all 14 pillars.
- Good analytical trouble shooting decision making presentation & learning ability and Good understanding of cement manufacturing processes & its chemistry maintenance activities of cement plant.
- Spearhead process Improvement initiatives such as TPM Kaizen Digitalization through IoT implementation etc.
