The Sr. Manager of Operations and Service Delivery is a critical member of our Team. She/he must bring a passion for transforming accounting from a craft to a replicable process like Toyota did in the automotive business. Small to mediumsized companies in the US are hungry for accounting firms that go beyond routine bookkeeping and help protect the client make more money and avoid common pitfalls. We have created a process that delivers highquality accounting at an attractive price. As we continue to automate we also have added valueadded services including dashboards analytical tools process improvement consulting IT services and more. Our ability to secure Preferred Vendor positions with QSR franchisors is a testimony to our success. We have led the industry in automation process improvement and innovation and plan to continue to do so.

The ideal candidate is inquisitive handson passionate and highly consultative in nature. The individual will report to the VP HR and Operations and closely collaborate with the CEO and Senior Stakeholders to drive projects across Indevia.

  • Responsible for Service Delivery driving SLA metrics and providing leadership in dealing with overall operational and client issues. Ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the performance.

  • Responsible for Operational Excellence & Productivity improvement Initiatives & Implementations.

  • Managing team functions and utilizations viz. workforce planning facilitating recruitment selection induction performance appraisal training etc. in line with overall business goals.

  • Manage Transition of new clients redesign processes and identify process transformation opportunities & projects.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with managers and drive corrective action where required in order to ensure delivery predictability.

  • Identify opportunities for work redesign workflow enhancement shift utilization Staff mix and staff utilization in order to meet / exceed internal financial goals.


  1. Leadership:

    • Builds and maintains a departmental structure operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.

    • Develops and implements a talent plan to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet the organization s st rategic needs.

    • Manages employee performance by establishing clear goals and expectations tracking progress against the goals ensuring timely feedback and promptly addressing performance problems and issues.

    • Manages direct reports to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and develop their assigned staff.

      Team Management:

    • Shares knowledge mentor and educates the organizations staff regarding the companys vision opportunities and challenges.

    • Ensure company operation hurdles are resolved in a timely and costeffective manner.

    • Supervise staff in accordance with the operational and revenue objectives.

    • Coordinate resource deployment across all processes for the engagement (Team Size

      Span Shift Utilization Skill sets) in order to ensure budget & pricing assumptions

      compliance.

    • Identify training needs for team members.


Requirements

  • Masters or a bachelors degree in commerce with 8 10 years of experience or in a related field.

  • Leader with a service mindset who takes pride in growing the people she/he leads.

  • Deep understanding of how to use accounting to create value for the client.

  • Passion for using the best tools available to transform accounting.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by the prospect of rapid growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of professionals to higher levels of performance.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with peers superiors and staff.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Able to interact with US clients and prospects via phone email and in person.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong orientation toward customer service and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Processdriven with a strong Project Management and Product Owner Mindset

Complete daily activities by following Fixed Activity Tracker and update Indevia Time tracker appropriately. Update the trackers regularly. Prepare Sales Tax working and File Return as per tax calendar Prepare review notes in detail and deliver financial reports to the client. Prepare the payroll worksheet by segregating the total payroll hours into Regular hours, Overtime hours, Double time hours, Calculate the CMP (California Meal Penalty), etc. as per the California Labor law rules. Record Invoices, Bills, Bank deposits/payments, payroll, ending inventory, accrual, and amortization entries, etc. Prepare Sales Tax working and File Return as per tax calendar. Communicate with client/SPOC for data gathering and query resolution Process payroll-related activities in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure to deliver all client deliverables on time and maintain TAT Responsible for documenting the development, training, and implementation of procedures, and guidelines. Prepare and deliver Money Shield Report and Cost of Goods Reports weekly to the client. Communicate with client/SPOC for data gathering and query resolution
