Job Description: Sr. Key Account Manager Demand Generation
About Losung 360
We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands. Our
business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation.
Under Demand Generation we provide Cataloguing Digital Marketing and Visual
Planning (Creatives and Content) to our customers
Under Demand Fulfilment currently we operate in 8 Fulfilment Centres in Gurgaon
Kolkata Hyderabad Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft.
Relevance of the Role
Managing customers who work with us on Demand Generation services. The
candidate will be responsible to ensure that our customers in Demand Generation get
the required deliverables KRAs and the right experience. We have 3 service lines in
Demand Generation Cataloguing Digital Marketing and Visual Planning (Content
production and postproduction).
Key Tasks to be Done
Understand the customer requirement and deployment of resources
Commercial closure and negotiations
Driving customer satisfaction across service lines
Driving day to day operations with the help of the teams and allocated resources
Working closely with the crossfunctional teams for issue resolutions and customer
escalations
Keeping a track and ensuring receivables
Managing customer experience as a SPOC and as custodian of the business
Key Requirements
Musthave strong experience in client servicing from agencies or similar
background or ecommerce team of brands atleast 3 years
Postgraduation in MBA or an equivalent degree is a must from a good bschool
Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written is a must
Ability to develop and maintain relations with external stakeholders to drive the
business
