Sr Industrial Engineer

• Manage the Time study & Line balancing & Plant Capacities.
• Contribute to bottom line by implementing cost improvement and productivity projects.
• Oversee the completion of work instructions to include setup procedures tool lists operation sequences machine speeds time standards process routings and other pertinent data.
• Develops and implements safe optimal costeffective manufacturing processes methods and equipment platforms.
• Performs research design and development of manufacturing processes including production workflow machining and finishing operations assembly methods and equipment specifications.
• Develops manufacturing Drawings Bills of Materials Routers Work Instructions and Control Plans using manufacturing engineering best practices.
• Designs develops tests and/or outsources various tools machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods and processes.
• Prepare WAS WBS and OIS
• Perform PFMEA and develop control measures for error free production
