Job Description:
As a Senior Recruiter you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our recruitment team to provide topnotch healthcare staffing solutions. We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry client needs and a proven track record in leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing: Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare clients with a particular focus on clients like NYCH. Understand client staffing requirements and ensure successful placements.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top healthcare professionals. Ensure the team follows best practices in sourcing screening and selecting candidates.
HandsOn Recruitment: While leading the team actively participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews evaluating candidates and making placements.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on team performance key performance indicators and recruitment metrics. Implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and results.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards such as healthcare licensure and credentialing.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as HR to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
