Position Engineer Sr. Executive Stores
Job Description
Responsible for Materials Vendor Development and Vendor Management activities
Responsible for procurement at the right quality right cost and at the right time
Timely and costeffective procurement of material from vendors to meet the established cost quality and delivery targets.
Working closely with the vendors on daytoday basis
Receive and verify all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders report damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Maintain effective relationships by good communication with existing and potential suppliers.
Identify and develop new vendors to support Production ramp up
Identify alternate sources for cost reduction delivery and quality improvement.
Negotiate with suppliers to get lowest price best quality and prompt delivery.
Close coordination with Planning Quality and Production departments to ensure timely availability of material for Production / Assembly.
To ensure Ontime delivery by establishing and monitoring schedules to proactively identify and address any issues.
Release PO / schedules / agreement to suppliers and monitor suppliers delivery performance.
Inventory management and material control
Coordinating all vendor management activities and processes
Maintaining and updating all Vendor related documentation.
Measurement of Vendor performance and Vendor rating
Improve Supplier parts quality and resolve problems.
Follow up and ensure GIN QGIN and GRN documentation is completed for all received material.
Coordinate with PPC and arrange to send material to Vendors with necessary documents and eway bills.
Maintain vendor records and submit stocks at vendors statement to PPC and Accounts by 3rd of Every Month.
Maintain stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Ensure implementation and compliance of QMS.
Take up any other assignment given by superiors.
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: 250000..00 per year
