Role: Sr. Director of Finance

Location: West US Remote or Onsite
Were seeking a highly analytical Sr. Director of Finance for a dynamic technology company with a focus on security solutions. This leadership role will drive strategic insights and process improvements across sales operations business analytics and forecasting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Partner with Sales Ops and Business Analytics leaders to refine forecasting methodologies analyze performance and communicate insights to executive leadership.
- Pipeline Analysis & Reporting: Develop and operationalize robust pipeline reporting processes.
- DataDriven Decision Support: Analyze complex datasets identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to guide business strategy.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Build relationships across Sales Finance Legal Product and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and address challenges.
- Process Optimization: Lead the development and implementation of systems and processes to automate forecasting enhance reporting and streamline sales operations.
- Revenue Modeling: Partner closely with Revenue Accounting and Sales to build comprehensive revenue models and forecasts.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies analyzing root causes and recommending solutions.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis on various business areas (e.g. renewals new product launches) as needed.

- Planning Tools: Familiarity with Anaplan NetSuite or comparable financial planning and analysis software.
- Additional Assets: Knowledge of quotetocash systems (e.g. Apttus) is a plus.
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics or a related analytical field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in relevant roles ideally with experience in the technology sector and a mix of Finance Sales Ops and Data Analytics.
