Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaboration with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

The right architecture and design for ideas and experiments to quickly scale.

Provide technical leadership and oversight to the team.

Raise the software engineering bar through effective code/design reviews.

Own the success of your teams projects and deliver quantifiable results in a timely manner.

Coaching and Mentoring engineers to help with their learning and career growth

Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team

Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Strong expertise in highlevel programming languages Java Golang etc

Strong experience in design high availability and highperformance systems.

Ability to learn quickly on the go.
